About this role
Responsibilities:
· Deliver and maintain a high standard of customer care.
· Serve at the welcome counter and handle card and cash payments.
· Display and replenish stock with focus on our concession of Frenchic paints.
· Comply with Health and Safety policy.
· Follow, adopt and demonstrate the values of our charity.
· Represent the Wellbeing Café in a professional and calming manner.
· Identify visitor needs and assist with offering a solution and advice about our services.

• To have some experience in customer service or working in a shop (either paid or voluntary).
