About this role
Leicester Counselling Centre is a busy and friendly counselling organisation. We are seeking volunteer receptionists to join our team who can commit to a regular morning, afternoon or evening session during the week (Monday-Thursday from 9.30-1pm, 1pm-5 pm or 5-8 pm and Friday from 9.30-4 pm). You need to be mature and sensitive to the needs of others, neat and organised, and you must be able to maintain confidentiality. Training will be given and you will be working alongside our Administrator. Duties will include answering the phone, welcoming clients, booking in appointments and keeping the diary and cash sheet up to date and liaising with clients and counsellors.
