About this role
Responsibilities:
We are looking for someone honest and reliable to go to various locations around Leicester, Leicestershire and Rutland to collect donations of stock.
We will provide a minibus for the collections – there will be some moving and handling involved, as there are sometimes boxes and bags of goods, from clothing to books and bric-a-brac.
You can bring along a friend to make the role more enjoyable if you like!
Qualities and skills we are looking for:
Full driving licence
Reliability
Ability to lift and handle goods, with regard to your own health & safety and others where appropriate.
Support provided for you:
You will be using a Van provided by Vista
Health and Safety and Manual Handling Training
Other training as identified

Health & Safety:
All volunteers will be expected to:
Ensure that they comply with Vista’s Health & Safety policy at all times
Take reasonable care for the Health & Safety of themselves and others whom may be affected by their acts or omissions whilst volunteering.
