About this role
Qualities and skills we are looking for:
-Full driving licence and experience of driving large vehicles
-Reliability and punctuality
-Ability to lift and handle equipment, regarding your own health & safety and others where -appropriate
-Support provided for you:
Health and safety and manual handling training
-Visual impairment training
-Safeguarding training
-Any other training identified by yourself or the manager

-Help us by promoting eye health care to support local people with sight loss and people at risk of losing their eyesight

Requirements
Commitment:
2 days a week but flexible from 9.00 -1.00pm
Health & Safety:
All volunteers will be expected to:
-Ensure that they comply with Vista’s Health & Safety policy at all times
-Take reasonable care for the health and safety of themselves and others whom, may be affected by their acts or omissions whilst volunteering
This volunteering opportunity is suitable for volunteers aged 18 years and above and is subject to 2 references.
