About this role
Session manager: ensuring the activity session is effectively managed. This role offers the volunteer the opportunity to work in a very responsible position, developing and demonstrating their ability to manage a broad range of work and responsibility while contributing to enhancing the lives of our members.
You will manage the volunteers and lifeguards at the session, on a rota basis as part of a team. Ensuring procedures are followed and the session operates in an orderly, safe, and efficient way.
We operate 10.20- 12.40 on Saturday mornings from Iveshead Community Pool, Iveshead School, Forest Street, Shepshed. Shepshed is a small village near Loughborough.

Requirements
- Age restrictions
Leadership and management abilities. Good communication and people skills. Able to represent the group well and follow procedures.
