About this role
Ideally you will be a warm personable character with strong interpersonal skills with a willingness to learn. Empathy and understanding towards people with long-term health conditions is also desirable.
Main Duties (but not limited to)
• Meet and greet service users, offering and making refreshments, ensuring clients sign in for health and safety.
• Book and manage appointments electronically, sending reminders to clients, dealing with cancellations.
• Answering calls, dealing with clients in an empathic, patient manner.
• Ensuring messages are passed on to relevant team member clearly and in a timely manner.
• Keep reception clean and tidy.
• Keep kitchen safe and tidy.
• Dealing with suppliers, ordering general office/ kitchen supplies, ensuring everything is adequately stocked.
• Taking cash/card payments
