Mock Interviews

In Mock Interviews you will be meeting students between 14 - 16 years old. You will have some suggested questions to ask them, but you can think of your own too. The interview will last around 10 minutes and then you'll have a paper feedback form to complete for each student that you meet.

About this role

Young people often lack the skills and confidence to step foot into the world of work and conduct a professional and successful interview. We are looking for volunteers that are confident in delivering some quick fire 1-to-1 interviews with a number of students to help them practice these skills to prepare them for their next steps and give them some constructive feedback afterwards. You will be provided with suggested questions and a feedback sheet to support you. Please only offer your support if you can attend for the entire duration of the event.
