About this role
We’re excited to launch a regular Homework Club at CAN HQ, dedicated to supporting local children and young people with their out-of-school assignments. Beyond academic assistance, this club provides a space for socializing and connecting with peers outside of the classroom environment. We are looking for anyone interested in supporting or potentially leading the club, as well as potential longer-term mentoring opportunities. Join us in fostering a supportive community where young minds can thrive both academically and socially!
While we have no current confirmed dates/times for the club, it would ideally be after school on a weekday, or potentially on a Saturday.

Requirements
- Willing to take a DBS Check
As you would be working with young children, a DBS check would be required for a club lead, and ideal (but not required) for anyone supporting. No formal qualifications are required but experience teaching/tutoring is ideal- Even if that is just supporting your own children with their school work!
