About this role
Festival2Funky, an annual 3-day celebration of Black music, arts, and culture, returns for its 11th year with acclaimed headliners and an exciting programme of events. Running from 24-26 May, the festival is managed by 2Funky Arts and supported using public funding by Arts Council England.
To help with the running of this spectacular festival, we are looking for an amazing team of volunteers who are passionate about the arts and want to gain first-hand experience in festival organisation.

Deadline to apply is – Friday 17th May 2024
There will be opportunities for volunteering in:
- events management
- media content creation
- festival organisation
- ushering
- data collection
- events set-up
- dealing with customer queries
- social media
- health and safety checks
All volunteers need to attend training, planned for 22 May. If you aren’t free we can discuss an alternative.
No prior experience is needed. We just want our volunteers to have a passion for the arts.
