We have an exciting opportunity to volunteer at Equinox 24 Belvoir Castle as an Event Volunteer on Saturday 21 September, 10:00am – 4:00pm.

Equinox 24 is a 24 hour running event held in the grounds of Belvoir Castle in Leicestershire.

This volunteering opportunity involves hosting a variety of exciting activities in the festival atmosphere all whilst raising awareness of Alzheimer’s Research UK.

Tasks and responsibilities:

Meeting Alzheimer’s Research UK runners before the race to wish them good luck
Giving out branded cheer packs to family members cheering their loved ones
Handing out information about dementia to passers-by from our stall
Collecting donations at the stall
Heading out on the route to cheer on participants

Alzheimer’s Research UK will reimburse reasonable out of pocket expenses such as travel, within agreed guidelines.
