About the project:
We recognise that many people are struggling with their mental health right now and are unsure about how to improve their wellbeing. We provide 1-1 weekly phone calls, wellbeing workshops and support with accessing community resources. Our free inclusive Wellbeing Befriending Service is here to support anyone living in the Harborough district and is 18 or above.
We are keen to connect directly with anyone considering volunteering. As a new valued member of our VASL team you will receive full training and regular support, as well as many opportunities to connect with other volunteers. If you are keen to make a difference to the life of someone living in the Harborough district, then we would love to hear from you. We value the positive impact that volunteering has on the local community and are inclusive within our approach.
