About the organisation:

Established in 2007, 2Funky Arts (2FA) is a social enterprise, dedicated to advancing and celebrating arts and music of black origin. Our projects work instinctively to stir emotion, provoke debate, nurture collaborations, and push boundaries across sub-genres.

Full Details:

Festival2Funky, an annual 3-day celebration of Black music, arts, and culture, returns for its 12th year with acclaimed headliners and an exciting programme of events.

Running from 23-25 May, the festival is managed by 2Funky Arts and supported using public funding by Arts Council England.

To help with the running of this spectacular festival, we are looking for an amazing team of volunteers who are passionate about the arts and want to gain first-hand experience in festival organisation.

Volunteers must be 18+

There will be opportunities for volunteering in:
– events management
– media content creation
– festival organisation
– ushering
– data collection
– events set-up
– dealing with customer queries
– social media
– health and safety checks
– box office
– evaluation assistance

All volunteers need to attend a short training session on the date – 14th May 6pm-7:30pm

No prior experience is needed. We just want our volunteers to have a passion for the arts.
