We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Volunteer Explorer Scout Leader for our Blaby, Leicestershire section.

As an Explorer Scout Leader, you will:

*Lead and supervise a group of adventurous young explorers aged 14 to 18.
Organise and facilitate exciting outdoor activities, camps, and expeditions.
Foster teamwork, leadership, and personal development in our young scouts.
Create a fun and inclusive environment where every scout can thrive and grow.
Collaborate with other leaders and volunteers to plan and execute engaging programs.
Inspire and mentor scouts to develop their skills, confidence, and resilience.

No prior scouting experience is necessary – just a willingness to learn, engage, and contribute to the growth and development of our amazing Children and Youth.
