Customer Service & Administrative Support Position
Enthusiastic and reliable volunteers required to help maintain our already excellent customer service. Applicants should be both trustworthy and reliable and able to work on their own initiative or as part of an already friendly team. Duties will include –

- Answering the telephone (a good standard of spoken English is required)

- Dealing with equipment bookings and answering enquires.

- Issuing of mobility equipment to already existing members of the scheme or visitors.

- Checking and maintaining accurate records manually and on the computer.
A knowledge of Health and Safety would be an advantage – but not essential as full in house training will be provided. Part time hours are available within the working hours of Monday to Saturday 9:00 am to 4.00 pm.
In return volunteers will receive £8 a day lunch allowance and reimbursement of bus travel expenses.
