Are you passionate about crafting and creative writing to help make a difference in people’s lives. Join our talented team of creative volunteers and be part of something truly special!
Our Creative Cafe enables our guests to explore their creativity through writing, arts and crafts. They can also enjoy a hot drink and cake!!
Our volunteers support our guests by coming alongside them in an informal and safe setting. We also provide pastoral care should any of our guests need someone to talk to.
We are looking for volunteers who:
- enjoy arts and crafts
- have an interest in creative writing
- are able to motivate and support our guests through their writing
- have good communication skills
- enjoy a laugh or two
- can provide a listening ear in a supportive setting

Requirements
- References needed
- Willing to take a DBS Check
No previous experience is required. An interest in writing would be an advantage, though not essential.
Volunteers arrive for 12.30pm and leave by 3.15pm after the session finishes.
