Volunteer minibus drivers are needed to help Commbus provide an escorted door-to-door local transport service to the elderly and/or people with limited mobility, in fact anyone who has difficulty in accessing public transport. Full training is given.
Commbus drivers work with passenger escorts to transport people in Blaby District to local shopping centres, and to places of interest around the region. Commbus is a registered charity, and everyone who works for Commbus is a volunteer.. Drivers can work a regular half-day shift and/or as available by arrangement.

Our funders ask us to report on the age, gender, ethnicity and location of volunteers who use our service. All reporting is anonymous.
