Can you spare 2-3 hours a week? We have a wide variety of volunteering roles available to help children and families in the area: Appropriate Adult, Youth Mentor, Parent Mentor, Community Panel Member, Stay & Play Leader, Staff Led Group Support, Community Fridge and Baby Box Volunteers

Full Details:

Excitingly the Lutterworth Community Fridge is due to open on 11th April 2024.  This project is an environmental one, the aim is to prevent food waste and stop good food ending up in landfill.

To achieve this we need the support of volunteer drivers who can collect the donated food from supermarkets and other food premises and also volunteers to cover the public opening hours of the fridge.  The typical volunteering time for this role would be between 1 and 2 hours a week.

The Community Fridge will be available for all the community to use and for the volunteers training will be provided.
