About this role
Our Charnwood Community Fridge located at Shelthorpe Family Hub is a green project that is design to prevent food waste and promote sharing, tuning food that could have been wasted to a source of support for families across Charnwood. The tasks includes:
– Collecting donations from supermarkets
– Sorting them out
– Offer them out to the member of the public
and you will get to do this with other people as a team.
It requires as little as 1-2hrs/week.
You will have a chance to gain
- Food Hygiene Level 2 certificate
- Valuable retailer experience
- Admin and other Media and Technology skills
