Full Details:

The Bold Actions Befriending Service connects volunteers with adults aged 18 and over who are facing mental health challenges or disabilities. Our aim is to reduce social isolation by providing dedicated befriending volunteers who offer companionship through regular contact and shared activities (like visits, calls, and group events), offering vital emotional support and making a positive impact.
Spend just one hour a week visiting adults in Hall Green, offering vital companionship to combat loneliness and isolation.

Share laughter and stories over a cup of tea, directly impacting the lives of those facing challenges.

Full training provided and a DBS check is required.

Become a friendly face and bring joy and connection to someone’s week

When and Where:

You will be required to visit citizens in their homes to provide companionship or via telephone calls as required
