We are looking for volunteers to work in our charity shop; either on the shop floor serving customers, or in the stock room preparing stock for sale. If you have a few hours a week to spare or need some work experience, this role could be suitable for you.

About this role

Why we want you

Our shops raise vital funds for Life, and we rely on volunteers to help us do this.

What you will be doing

·       Sorting donations and preparing stock for sale

·       Ensuring the shop is clean, tidy and has attractive displays

·       Welcoming and serving customers and giving excellent customer care

·       Ensuring displays are refilled with quality items

·       Following shop procedures

·       Processing Gift Aid donations

The skills you need

·       Enthusiasm, friendly and welcoming

·       Ability to follow instructions

·       Willing to be flexible and carry out different tasks
