Responsibilities::
Research and Analysis:

*Collect and analyse data from reputable sources, academic journals, and other relevant publications to gather evidence and insights that support our mission.
*Integrate complex information into clear and concise summaries, reports, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.

Advocacy and Awareness:
*Collaborate with Quetzal’s team to develop advocacy campaigns, initiatives, and educational materials focused on raising awareness about childhood sexual abuse and its impacts.
*Assist in organising events, workshops, and community outreach programs to promote understanding, empathy, and support for survivors.
*Share research findings through various mediums, such as blog posts, social media content, and newsletters, to engage our community and increase public knowledge.
*Collaborative Partnerships:
Establish connections with external organizations, researchers, and professionals working in the field of childhood sexual abuse to foster collaboration, share knowledge, and stay updated on current trends and advancements.
*Represent Quetzal at relevant conferences, seminars, and networking events to expand our network and advocate for improved policies and resources.
Continuous Learning and Development:
*Stay informed about recent developments, best practices, and ethical guidelines in research and advocacy related to survivors of childhood sexual abuse.
*Participate in training sessions, workshops, and meetings to enhance your understanding of the subject matter and develop relevant skills
