We are looking for an experienced Beauty Therapist to deliver treatments including facials/manicure/pedicures/make-up to patients and carers attending our Wellbeing Hub. All equipment is provided.

LOROS Hospice is a local charity and every year we care for over 2,500 people across Leicester, Leicestershire and Rutland. We deliver free, high-quality, compassionate care and support to terminally ill patients, their family and carers. We deliver care that is special and unique to each individual

Full Details:

Key Duties
– Deliver beauty treatments
– Conduct product stock inventories
– Maintain equipment and ensure the beautician suite is clean and tidy
– Actively engage with day therapy and ward patients to explain the offer and encourage uptake of beauty services.

– Able to work as part of the Multi–disciplinary team
– Good inter-personal skills, especially active listening.
– Ability to manage own time
– Able to maintain patient confidentiality
– Resilient in the face of emotional outpourings and grief

Essential Requirements – Recognised qualification and insurance in Beauty Therapy Level 2 or Level 3. – A successful DBS Check
