Are you looking for a fun, exciting and worthwhile cause to support? We are looking for volunteers to help support us at activities and events for our families who have children and young people from 0-25 with disabilities, additional needs and life limiting illnesses and conditions. We would love you to come and get involved on a regular basis.
Assist with Activities – Support the team by helping to set up and clear away activities, these will be a wide range of play and learning activities at different settings. Activities may include arts and crafts, reading, messy play, building and other games/experiences. It might be a trip out to a local attraction or even an animal experience meeting exotic animals and the people who care for them!
Engage with children – Interact with the children during playtime, encourage participation ensuring they are safe and happy. HAVE FUN 🙂
General Support – Help with activities and support children and their families to participate in them, whether that means holding someone’s hand as they attempt a new obstacle at a park or talking to a family who is attending one of our sessions for the first time.
We have regular activities throughout the year on a weekly basis and lots of activities throughout the school holidays.

Our funders ask us to report on the age, gender, ethnicity and location of volunteers who use our service. All reporting is anonymous.
We will share your name and contact details with the relevant organisation as part of your application to a volunteering opportunity.
